As many shows begin restricting or outright banning small personal vehicles (SPVs) on show grounds, NHPA has opted this year to continue to allow outside small personal vehicles but require registration and a fee. The purpose of registration and the fee is to fund additional enforcement to keep members and public safe while still allowing these small personal vehicles on the ground. Below are the updated rules and policy for outside admission of small personal vehicles. Registration will be at the west gate only, not at tractor registration nor at the east gate. If you are bringing a small personal vehicle, enter through the west gate.

Please review the SPV Policy and note the following requirements before registering:

• Each SPV must be registered to operate on the grounds.
• Each SPV is subject to a $20 fee to complete registration.
• Each SPV owner must provide proof of insurance.
• Each owner and SPV driver must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and must produce license upon request.

NOTE: Registration is not complete until you have paid at the SPV registration tent, and the tag is attached to your SPV.
