As many shows begin restricting or outright banning small personal vehicles on show grounds, NHPA has opted this year to continue to allow outside small personal vehicles but require registration and a fee. The purpose of registration and the fee is to fund additional enforcement to keep members and public safe while still allowing these small personal vehicles on the ground. Below are the updated rules and policy for outside admission of small personal vehicles. Registration will be at the west gate only, not at tractor registration nor at the east gate. If you are bringing a small personal vehicle, enter through the west gate.
